D'MA Pavilion Hotel is a bestseller hotel for Bangkok in many major international travel websites whom are our reliable partners and authorized by the hotel. Therefore, many unauthorized websites will published our hotel's daily room rates without special promotion or specail package much cheaper than the hotel's internet rates to drawn attention and lead business to their websites without any contract and authorization from the hotel,
most of them not be able to confirm the booking instantly, and then will try to shift booking to other hotel. Some of them will show instantly confirm but you never get room availability in your requested period. Some of them be able to confirm the room, but once the guest check in at the hotel will get rejection from the hotel due to there was no booking, especially the website whom gave confirmation and travel voucher from the wholesalers or travel agents instead of the confirmation and travel voucher from the website itself.
The easiest ways to clarify the authorized websites are:
1. The website has the company name and it permanet address with contact telephone number. If there is not, please do not let them charge your credit card for making reservation because you are unable to dispute with them.
2. The daily room rates published in their websites are parity or similar to the hotel's internet rates, excepted the promotion or special package rates for certain length or period of staying. If any website selling our hotel much cheaper from other website without any promotion featured, or not in the front rank of listing can be assumed that is an unauthorized website.
3. The authorized websites will offer instant confirmation from the system together with travel voucher from the website, and this voucher no need to change to another voucher later.
4. The authorized websites will issue the comfirmation and travel voucher by their own websites or their owner companies, instead of issued by the local travel agents in Thailand who do not own the website, excepted the websites whom affiliated with other major websites and some are based in Thailand.

They are our blacklist web sites due to we never have any contract agreement with them and they are selling the hotel without permission. All of booking made through the above websites the travel voucher will be rejected to check in and the walk in rates will be applied. If you had made reservation through internet website and not sure about your confirmation, please check your reservation status here (please do not forget to enter the website URL in the form).
If you are the onwer of the above websites or other similar websites, and has been published our hotel by mistake due to affiliation with other unauthorized website or get wrong information from the wholesalers or travel agents, please kindly contact our Sales & Marketing Department for clarification.
